Sea, Sun, Sand: A Sea Therapy

Summer is coming!!!  Waves, Beach, Gentle breeze, and Sunshine, these are such great time for relaxation. Some individual invite friend to joy amusing activities; like beach volleyball or ball, water sport, sun bathing and beach party. Moreover you may energize your life with sea, sun and sand which so called ‘Sea Therapy’.

Joy by the sea

Walking on beach and sea with bear foot, take your shoes off then walk along beach and wade in sea water. You will feel fresh, cool and relax. In the same time, you will absorb gently minerals from the sea. This is the same suggestion as you walk on the yard in the morning with bare foots. Find out a peaceful beach for you summer holiday. Sitting calmly, view a bright green boundless sea and let your mind relax. Sea is a natural curing to lead you walking out off stress from daily life.

Yoga on the beach is concerning about movement with concentration which is one other best way of relaxation. When body and mind are relaxed, street and nerve system work is reduced. The following consequence is low rate of heart beat and blood pressure. Massage by the sea is one way you can joy your holiday at the sea. Massage is able to remove your tiredness and you can do by yourself. Start with preparing you favorite body lotion, sunscreen, or body oil massage. Then, you sit on a mat or the place that comfort you. Massage step by step as below.
  1. Sit cross-legged with straight back. Turn around the neck clockwise 3 rounds and anticlockwise 3 rounds.
  2. Lift up the shoulders as high as possible. Hold on around 3 seconds and put down. Do it 5 times.
  3. Pour body lotion or oil on right hand. Straight left arm forward to be parallel the floor. Massage the straight left arm with right hand from the backside of wrist to shoulder. Turn the left arm up and massage from the shoulder to the wrist. Do it 5 times for both left and right arm.
  4. Cross right hand and put on left shoulder. Massage the shoulder and back neck. Change to massage the right shoulder.
  5. Straight left leg out. Massage the legs with 2 hands from top to bottom of leg and do again in contrast way. Change to massage the right leg. Do it 5 times.
To absorb as much as natural power from the sea, you should stay at the sea without any worry. Leave your burden of work and family, problem and confusion behind. Let you mind fine and relax. Release your mind gliding through the vast sea. Feel a gentle breeze and listen to the sound of sea wave. Watch sun rising and setting. Unite your feeling with the nature.
