Brain is a hungry organ; its cells require two times the amount of energy than that of other cells in the body. Fruits and vegetables are also extremely important in protecting your brain. A good dietary intake of antioxidants from fruits and vegetables will significantly reduce the risk of developing “Cognitive Impairment”.
