Blueberry Shake

Being known of its health benefits, Blueberries can be nice refreshments during exam preparation.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Blue berry
  • 250 grams Natural flavor yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh milk
  • 1 table spoon Wheat germ
  • 1½ table spoon Honey

Directions

  1. Put blue berry, yogurt, fresh milk, wheat germ and honey in juice blender then blending until all smooth
  2. Pour in a glass for sever
