2    Cucumbers     
6     Carrots        (around 600 grams per each)
1    Apples       
2    Celeries     
1    Beetroots   

Instruction


1. Peel cucumbers. Chop cucumbers, carrots, apple and celeries into small pieces.
2. Clean and wash beetroots and chop into small pieces.
3. Put all pieces of fruits and vegetables into squeezer.
4. Put the juice on fridge until cool or serve with ice.
