Lightly Fried Salmon in Fresh Milk

Nutrition fact of Salmons

Salmon is an excellent source of protein, low in calories and saturated fat, and a unique type of health-promoting fat, the omega-3 essential fatty acids. Omega-3 fats seem to primarily work through reducing inflammation in our bodies. Inflammation is turning out to be at the base of many health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, some types of cancers and arthritis. Omega-3 does also help prevent the blood clots which cause many strokes. Salmon, in beauty ways, helps improve the production of collagen, keratin and melanin. It also helps to prevent those little dry patches that you might have noticed on your face. This fish has shown to help boost the skin's ability to retain water.
