Dressing
- 1 table spoon Olive oil
- 3 table spoon Soy sauce
- 2 tea spoon Fish sauce
- 1 table spoon Sugar
- 2½ table spoon Lime Juice
- 1 tea spoon Chili
Direction
- Mix all dressing and seasoning as your taste
- Serve smoked Mackerel with mix salads vegetable and Thai dressing
Mackerel
Mackerel contains fish oil which is an important source of omega-3s. The reason why Omega-3s are healthy is, they do not convert to fat.
